Trimming school at Profand Zaragoza
From February 12 to 23 we have started a training of expert trimmers in the production line of sea bream and sea bass. Seventeen people have been trained in the morning shift and 17 people in the afternoon shift from Monday to Friday, completing the training later to the rest of the line team.
