Revaluation of dewatered sludge and biodegradable wastes at Profand Zaragoza
As a result of its activity in 2022, Profand Zaragoza generated a total of 1,325 tons of dehydrated sludge from water treatment.
This dewatered sludge was used to generate electricity. In total, 675,908 kilowatts were generated, equivalent to the electricity consumption of 206 homes in Spain for an entire year.
