On March 23rd the "VIII Invasión Celeste by Profand" was held in Vigo, the Real Club Celta de Vigo's solidarity race with Profand as the main sponsor.
Around 1,200 people, children and adults, gave their best in their respective events.
The participants started their respective races at the Celta headquarters in Calle del Príncipe and completed the course at the Balaídos stadium. For their part, the younger ones ran inside the stadium.
Beyond sport, the event also had a solidarity purpose in favor of DisCamino, an association that supports people with disabilities in which Profand donated an amount equivalent to what was raised, thus doubling the impulse.
In total, 698 participants donated 2,499 euros, and Profand matched the amount, adding up to a total contribution of 4,998 euros that were delivered to the association through the delivery of a symbolic check.
In addition to the race bib and T-shirt, all children's runners received a medal and a race bag.
It was a special day for our employees to enjoy with their families and friends.
